  2. Choose how many points to redeem.

    Follow the steps in the Rewards panel to generate your discount code.

  3. Add a complete blender and apply your code.

    Enter the code at checkout. You can include accessories in the same order.

Do my points expire?

Your points don't expire. Save them for your next complete TORNADO blender, whenever you are ready.

When can I use my purchase points?

Purchase points are approved after a 45-day waiting period. Pending points cannot be redeemed. Points are earned on purchases, excluding tax and shipping.

Can I use a reward code more than once?

Each redeemed discount code can be used once. When you want to use more points on a future purchase, redeem them for a new code.

What are my points worth?

Every 100 points gives you $1 in discounts toward a qualifying complete blender purchase. Points are rewards for future purchases, not cash or Shopify store credit.

Do I need to leave a positive review?

No. We want your honest experience, whether it is positive, negative, or somewhere in between. Eligible reviews earn the same reward regardless of rating.

Can I add a photo or video later?

Yes. If your review has already earned points, contact us after adding your photo or video so we can check it and add any additional points you’re eligible for.

Can I use points for accessories or replacement parts?

A complete blender must be included in your purchase to redeem rewards. You can buy accessories alongside it, but an accessories-only or replacement-parts-only order does not qualify.

Who can take part in the referral program?

Our referral program is for TORNADO blender owners who want to share their firsthand experience with friends and family. You must own and use a TORNADO blender to earn referral rewards - simply signing up does not qualify you.

How does the $5 referral discount work?

Your friend gets $5 off each complete TORNADO blender in their first order. The discount applies to the referred customer’s first order, with $5 off every complete blender in that order. For example, two blenders means $10 off, and three means $15 off. Accessories or replacement parts purchased separately do not qualify.

When will I receive my referral points?

Referral points are awarded after 45 days. Canceled or refunded orders do not qualify, and any referral points already awarded for those orders will be removed.

Are there any rules for sharing my referral offer?

Our referral program is intended for personal recommendations to friends and family. Please don’t post your referral link or discount code on coupon websites, public deal forums, or in bulk promotional messages. Referrals generated this way are not eligible for rewards.

Self-referrals, including through another account, are also not eligible for referral discounts or points. We may cancel rewards and exclude customers from the referral program if they misuse it.
